Can I Take My Items Back?
Early Withdrawal & Consignment Terms
Items may be withdrawn prior to the end of the consignment term; however, early withdrawal fees apply. All items remain subject to their full consignment term and ownership conditions.
Items Under $300
• Consignment term: 180 days
• Early withdrawal before the end of the 180-day term is subject to a $15 per item withdrawal fee
• At the end of the 180-day term, notice will be provided and consignors have 14 days to retrieve their items
• Items not collected within 14 days become property of Northern Pet Essentials
Items $300+
• Consignment term: 365 days
• Early withdrawal before the end of the 365-day term is subject to a $40 per item withdrawal fee
• Written notice will be provided prior to the end of the consignment term
If an item sells before it has been officially withdrawn and removed from inventory, the applicable commission structure will apply.
